Cobra Starship Celebrate 5 Year Anniversary of 'While The City Sleeps, We Rule The Streets'

Cobra Starship have progressed as a band since releasing their first full-length album, While The City Sleeps, We Rule The Streets. The album was officially released five years ago this week and featured some of the band's most well known songs including: "The Church of Hot Addiction" and "Send My Love To The Dancefloor, I'll See You In Hell (Hey Mister DJ)". But the most notable song that helped launch the "fangs up" sensation was, "Bring It! (Snakes On A Plane)". The song was an all-star collaboration with William Beckett (formerly of The Academy Is...), Travie McCoy (Gym Class Heroes), and Maja Ivarsson (The Sounds).

Since Cobra Starship's debut album dropped in 2006, the band have released three more leading up to their most recent album, Night Shades. Cobra Starship have grown as a band from starting off opening shows and doing small club tours to becoming an all out internationally known group. The band is currently on tour with Justin Bieber in South America and will be playing Australia next year.
