Paramore Searching For New Album Producer

Michele
Michele Jan 30, 2012

One of Buzznet's favorite Tennesee trios, Paramore, will be searching for a new album producer this week in Los Angeles, Calif. The band will be letting fans in on all of the behind-the-scenes action as they get one step closer to completing the record.

Check out a blog from Paramore's official site below:

Well... It's been about 4 months since we've written to you guys. Awkward! But honestly, this "off-time" has set the record for the longest amount of time we've ever spent off since before the couple of weeks we spent making our 1st full length album back in 2005.

Don't kid yourself though. It hasn't been all hangs and no hard work!

What the three of us want you to know is we are headed to Los Angeles next week to meet with a whole mess of really incredible producers. And we are - basically - bringing you along with us to find the one that will help us create our 4th full length album.

So, we're taking a video camera with us to producer meetings, hotel recording sessions, and all of our LA adventures. If you don't know, now you know, next week is a big deal for us and we are psyched to make you a part of it.

See you in Los Angeles.
- Paramore

Today, the band posted their first producer search update on Twitter stating:

Just one meeting with one producer today. #soexcited #paramore4thalbum

Last year, Paramore released four new tracks as a Singles Club box set. Since then, the band have been hard at work on the fourth full-length record which will follow-up 2009's, Brand New Eyes.

It's pretty sweet fans will be able to take part in such an important step of the band's recording process. Make sure you send good vibes Paramore's way and hope their search for a producer is a success this week!
